Managed Services Consultant

Sprinklr is a customer experience management (CXM) platform designed to help businesses manage their social media, marketing, advertising, research, and customer care activities in a unified system. I have led and mentored consultants in optimizing performance and fostering growth across large enterprise and global strategic accounts such as Adobe, Nike, and TD Bank. In this capacity, I played a pivotal role in securing over 140 hours of Managed Service upsells by identifying opportunities for business growth. Notable achievements include TD Bank’s expansion to accommodate distributed builds, an immediate upsell with SimpliSafe following the introduction of dedicated MS, and post-implementation and deployment of MS for Adobe. Additionally, I took charge of scoping and executing comprehensive distributed implementations, including the onboarding and training of over 100 new users. I proactively identified optimization opportunities and partnered with internal teams and clients for platform enhancement development. Furthermore, I collaborated with Success Managers to craft and deliver impactful Executive Business Reviews, demonstrating the consistent value Sprinklr delivers daily. I also established strong relationships with historically challenging clients by investing time to understand their overarching goals and highlighting how Sprinklr can contribute to their success.

Alterra Home Loans
CRM and Technology Manager

Alterra Home Loans is a division of Panorama Mortgage Group. I oversaq usage, adoption, and trainings of marketing software used by over 130 loan officers including, Total Expert, Simple Nexus, Adwerx, Homebot and Conceptualized, built and managed multiple websites for business development and new brands. Managed a remote team in multiple countries to successfully carry out company wide digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to email campaigns, automated journey campaigns, and SMS campaigns. 

BetMGM / ROAR Digital (MGM & GVC)
Social Media Manager

Roar Digital is a joint venture between MGM Resorts and GVC Group. I led, coordinated, and oversaw execution of campaign level initiatives across all social platforms including three new market launches, tentpole sporting events such as the Super Bowl and Wilder v Fury 2. Utilizing state of the art tools such as Sprinklr and Track Maven I was able to understand and analyze demographic data, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis turning the information into actionable items to be applied to long term strategy. Led data analysis and reporting for executives, stakeholders, and partners. Was main point of contact with SAAS providers to oversee implementation and continuous improvements to social intelligence tools to best suit the team’s needs. Creative directed all visual social media content. Worked closely with partnerships team to enhance and highlight partnerships such as Yahoo! Sports, VSiN, NBA, NHL, MLB, and MLS to curate content that aligned with both parties’ KPIs and to distribute across the digital landscape.

MGM Resorts International
Social Content Manager

Developed strategy and content at a corporate and enterprise level to elevate the MGM Resorts brand holistically through platform specific creative direction and creation of photos, videos, graphics, and animations. Worked directly with former Chairman and CEO, Jim Murren, as personal photographer covering events such as speaking engagements and sensitive scenarios such as the October 1 anniversary. Was creative liaison to MGM Japan to develop social content strategy to aid in securing the first integrated resort license in Osaka, Japan. I organized and helped produce a culinary competition that was filmed at Bellagio in front of a live studio audience to later be aired on a Japanese television network. My main roles in the filming were to manage the production company in hiring talent, conduction chef interviews, and coordination leading into and the day of production, as well as overseeing budget. Aided in content development and creation of teaser campaign for “Winter Is Coming,” the partnership with HBO to highlight the final season of Game of Thrones, ending with a limited engagement fountain show in front of Bellagio; receiving international press and over 5 million views on social media. 

MGM Resorts International
Social Media Manager

Aided in leading a team that primarily focused on entertainment and social from a corporate level at MGM Resorts showcasing world class residency artist such as Lady Gaga, Cher, Queen + Adam Lambert, Stevie Wonder, Ricky Martin, Britney Spears, and more. I partnered with the entertainment marketing team and artist management to scope and build announcement strategies, opening night coverage, and continued support for duration of residencies. Live covered concerts and major sporting events such as the Stanley Cup finals involving real-time content creation and posting to social media, followed but executive recaps to be provided to stakeholders. Worked with executive corporate communications to develop announcements and social execution of NBA, NHL, MLB, and MLS, traveling to New York City to be with the executive team to live cover events for MGM Resorts, it’s brands, and executive social media presences. Executive produced a social media web series called Behind the Book that was focused on sports betting, which was experiencing an explosion at the time due to the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act being lifted, allowing states to implement sports betting practices at their discretion. The show was filmed at multiple MGM properties across the United States. I oversaw and managed the production team, travel efforts for talent and production, securing of guest talent and personalities, and acted as the MGM Resorts representative at all filming. I managed a collective budget of over $500,000 and ensured the show went from shoot to show in less than 36 hours.

Worked with internal and external clients to create in studio and lifestyle photographic brand assets for a variety of specialized mechanic tools for brands such as Lowes, Home Depot, Kobalt, Craftsman, DeWalt, Mac Tools, and Steelman Pro. Brainstormed with marketing team on concepts to develop story boards, look and feel, and location needs. Oversaw ordering, maintenance, and organization of gear within the studio to be optimized for efficient workflow. Established and advised on photography and brand standards.

Ran all aspects of a professional photography business primarily serving commercial and editorial clients such as Red Bull, Wells Fargo, USA Today, Kirvin Doak Communications, American Cancer Society, Wolfgang Puck, and more. Developed proposals, negotiated terms, planned timelines, secured permits and creative concepts for clients. Managed crews and talents on a variety of large and small scale productions. Thrived in fast pace environments covering events such as UFC fights, concerts, and photojournalist assignments requiring shooting, editing, and delivery of images in minutes. Managed all financials, marketing, client outreach and management, and business development. Built and developed websites and utilized Google Analytics to optimize flow and user journey.

Digital Marketing Manager


Maintained and developed the online presence of numerous award-winning fine dining restaurants, lounges, nightclubs, pools and bars around the world. Worked with stakeholders in the UK, US, Middle East, and Asia, to create consistent messaging and support their digital needs to continue to push the brands forward. Developed opening strategy from a digital standpoint for Searsucker restaurant at Caesars Palace, working with celebrity chef Brian Malarkey to increase awareness and presence. Aided in execution of Calvin Harris residency announcement for Omnia and Hakkasan nightclubs. 

ARIA Resorts & Casino (MGM Resorts International)
Social Media Specialist


Developed tone, voice, social media content and copy to raise awareness of the ARIA and Vdara brands while illustrating each property as luxurious, yet approachable. Engaged with over 1 million followers across all social media accounts to inform and aid guests’ needs, and requests online. Escalated guest needs and customer service inquires to respective departs across the property. Worked with vendors and partners such as Cirque du Soleil, Light Group, Hakkasan Group, to cross promote companywide initiatives to support the greater marketing message. Used tools such as Social Flow to optimize content and better understand audience, posting cadence, and time of day, to better scope overall campaign. 

Beau Rivage Resort & Casino (MGM Resorts International)
Multimedia Specialist


Created award-winning motion graphics, animations, digital banners, and multimedia elements for both Beau Rivage and Gold Strike casinos. Worked with property stakeholders on various projects such as the MGM Park baseball stadium, creating digital assets, scheduling and coordination of countdown leading into groundbreaking, and placement of live streams on website. Oversaw content implementation and user experience of website, phone application, and property way finders. Continuously monitored content running across all video display screens to ensure proper and up to date information is presented to property guests. Sat on multiple service driven and employee engagement committees that aimed to elevate the experience of on property guests and employees alike. This resulted in Beau Rivage having the highest Net Promoter Score in the entire MGM Resorts portfolio.
